The purchase of goods from Spa Vapes Ltd is subject to these terms and conditions.  Please read them before purchasing and using any products from our site.  By accessing the site you agree to the following terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Restrictions
Buying nicotine products in the UK is prohibited by those under the age of eighteen. Spa Vapes Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sale where it is deemed that the product is being purchased by, or being purchased for, someone under the age of eighteen.

Shipping

Shipping in UK and British Forces Post Office addresses is free for orders over £20.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure it is correct and complete and is not damaged in any way.
Spa Vapes Ltd is not responsible for delays by the Courier.  We are also not responsible for non-delivery if the delivery address information provided is incorrect.

Availability

Orders are subject to the availability of goods.  If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:
An alternative product that the buyer is satisfied to accept after communicating with us.  If the product’s value is less than the original product a partial refund will be sent.  If the buyer would prefer a product of greater value than the original product then an additional payment will be required.

If there is a delay until the product becomes available again.
The cancellation of the order and the issue of a full refund.

Data Protection

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Descriptions

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide as to the style and look of our products.  We strive to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction

This contract between the buyer and the seller (Spa Vapes Ltd) shall be governed in its entirety by English Law, and all disputes relating to the contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Spa Vapes Ltd, as the seller, and the customer, as the buyer, shall submit.

Liability

Spa Vapes Ltd, in accordance with the law, shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site under the following circumstances:
• For losses that were not foreseeable to both buyer and seller when the contract was made.
• For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Spa Vapes Ltd, or their suppliers, for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Payment

Payment is required before goods are dispatched.

Prices

The price of goods shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.  Prices are subject to change by Spa Vapes Ltd without prior notice. Duty and taxes will be charged at the current rates at the time of dispatch.

Cancellations

The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within seven days of delivery by email to sayhello@spavapes.co.uk if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract.  If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  All information provided at the time of ordering through to the point of payment is collected by Spa Vapes Ltd.  This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  The data collected is used to fulfil your order and for marketing campaigns which you have the right to opt out of.  We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to you, our customers.  We do not pass your information to any third parties.  Our payment provider collects your payment information.

Quality

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with statutory regulations.

Security

Worldpay our payment providers, use advanced encryption and security methods, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Title to Goods

The goods shall remain the property of Spa Vapes Ltd until such time as Spa Vapes Ltd has received payment in full of all monies due.
